Handmade Cappelletti (typical pasta of Romagna) filled with cheese. Our recipes does not contain preservatives and uses only natural gluten free flour.

Cappelletti are perfect with meat sauce.

They are ready in a couple of minutes.

Casatella cheese 30% (pasteurized cow’s milk, rennet, milk enzymes, salt), ricotta 20% (buttermilk, salt, acidity regulator, citric acid, lactic acid), Parmigiano cheese 10% (cow’s milk, salt, rennet, preservative), rice flour, potato starch, sunflower oil, guar flour (E412).
