Gluten free and egg free piadina

Our gluten free piadina is a typical recipe of Romagna, Italy made only with gluten free flour and no preservatives. Thanks to our preparation, coeliac people can taste this amazing food too.

Piadina can be filled with jam, cheese, vegetables or chocolate cream after two minutes on warming in the microwave.
