We produce fresh pasta, ready-made meals, biscuits and cakes. Everything is gluten free and some products are also milk free and/or egg free.

Every product is gluten free certified by Italian Health Department and it is packaged in a special anti-contamination bowl that preserves the freshness and avoids every risk of contamination.

What about the shelf-life?

Pasta and ready-made meals need to be kept in the freezer (-18°/-20°C; shelf-life 11 months). The meals are ready to eat after a few minutes in the microwave or in the oven: this is the perfect solution for restaurants, cafés and hotels.

Room-temperature is adequate for cakes and biscuits (shelf-life 2 months).
