Our gluten free crescione filled with mozzarella cheese and tomato is a practical snack to eat everywhere.
Light and nutritious, the crescione is packaged in an anti-contamination bag that allows to warm it in a microwave without contamination risk.
To prepare the piadina and fill it for our crescione, we use only natural gluten free flour and no preservatives.
